A tradition. In our family it's a tradition to get a pasty and a finger bun at the Gawler South Bakery then go and sit in the park by the river for a feed.<br/ <br/ The place is full of a range of savory pies and pasties and a huge range f cakes and buns. <br/ <br/ Prices are average for this sort of thing and the service is Fast ad friendly. Be prepared for a bit of a wait because it gets pretty busy around lunch time, but the people behind the counter don't get fazed easily and have seen it all before. You'll get served pretty soon.<br/ <br/ There's an outside seating area and an ATM if you need extra cash for a few extra Kitchener buns) and I highly recommend it.
Overall the snacks, hot food, wrap and drinks were great. Site was very clean and organised, staff were friendly and great to deal with. Keep up the great work :
This Bakery is second to none!!! Plus I finally found a Delicious TUNA PIE More bakers need to visit this delightful boutique bakery to take a leaf out of their book as their quality, service and amazing range of good old fashioned pies and delights are truly amazing! I won't forget this place, I'll be back whenever I can to indulge upon the scrumptious foods available here.
Had seen all the great reviews. Loved the cornish pasty, sausage roll and great coffee. Able to sit outside with the dogs. Went back in to buy some bread but both girls busy. One was making a salad sandwich that took forever. The other making coffees. About five people waiting to order. I put the bread back after around 8 minutes of waiting. Need more staff. This was 8 am on a Saturday morning.
