Nhu Lan - OHalloran Hill

My first time at Nhu Lan and upon entry I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome with what looked like a satisfied audience of customers. I had the chicken noodle bowl with a Vietnamese coffee. Very easy choice of 10/10! Also they have specials for Vietnamese coffee, only $3 on Mondays. Next time you are on Franklin Street take some time to treat yourself at Nhu Lan.

Cheap and cheerful, can't go wrong with a $7 banh mi in the CBD. Sometimes only 1 staff making rolls at lunchtime means the wait can be a tad long for those on short breaks. Tasty food tho.

We have been here a few times now and ordered both the bahn mi and bun bowl. This time around, I have managed to take a photo of the bahn mi. The ingredients are well seasoned and fresh. I just miss the pate that it is usually spread on the baguette that I am accustomed to an authentic bahn mi. Otherwise, I am happy for both the service and the meal.

Really friendly staff and well priced CBD food. Beef pho, banh mi and spring rolls are all winners here. Highly recommended

Small shop next to bus station in Franklin St but wow is the food nice I have tried most things here and have never had anything that was not nice. Great staff all very friendly a must if you are in the city area.
