Majestic Oak Vineyard And Wine Tasting

The wine was good, but we had a major issue with the service. The server spilled wine with every pour, even getting it on my girlfriend’s lap and phone. When we mentioned a discount for the mishap, it was dismissed as absurd. Additionally, they charge a fee for credit card payments.

The wine selection includes wonderful Rhône varietals with delightful tasting notes. I'm giving it five stars for both quality and reasonable prices. They also source from some of the best local AVAs. Currently, they offer a fun side-by-side Syrah tasting on the menu (it’s almost a horizontal tasting, but features different AVAs). The place is dog-friendly and has a lovely outdoor patio (though you can't really see that in the Google images). Enjoy your visit!

Let me start by describing the ambiance. The sunken tasting area downstairs is nestled among trees, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere—perfect for a date. It's quiet and tranquil, far from any noisy distractions. The staff is exceptional and serves some truly delicious wines. I used to be a fan of French Bordeaux, but this place has converted me into a lover of California Cabernet and Syrah. The wines are exquisite, and I highly recommend visiting this place. Whether you're going solo, on a date, or with your significant other, I promise you'll have a fantastic time. After the wine tasting, you can enjoy a fine dining experience at Casa Bella in Downtown Ventura, and if you have some time left, take a stroll along the Ventura boardwalk to catch a beautiful sunset. And don’t forget to grab one of their aromatic candles on your way out; I promise you’ll adore this place!

Amazing location and such a fun tasting room vibe. Wines were really good, especially the Syrah! Good price for a tasting and a great place to spend a few hours while in Ojai!
