The staff at the restaurant was friendly and welcoming. However, the ambiance was not visually appealing and the food was very greasy. Despite appearing large in photos, the $16 burger was underwhelming. I would recommend trying another restaurant before coming here.

The burgers at this place are fantastic! They come in generous portions with a homemade patty, tasty sauces, and fresh lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion.

It's a shame that there isn't much choice for places to eat in OK Falls but Caitlin's is a fine choice if you are thinking of going out to eat.We had the fish and chips special which was served with a few pieces of shrimp as well and these were good but the french fries seemed to have been cooked in oil that was old as they had a black tinge to them and didn't taste the best. The special also came with a spice cake which wasn't homemade it was like a McKain's Frozen cake that you'd buy at a grocery store and very sweet icing. Disappointing.They offer breakfast specials for $5.00 and we were told by the server that it was worth coming in for. Our server tried very hard to be attentive to our table of 6 and served with a hand behind his back but he still has some learning to go to be better.

Bacon was ok but eggs weren't done. But the place is dirty total grease pit. Plates and utensils were dirty The older customers probably can't see the ring marks on the cups There was no service with a smile both actually very indifferent that we were thereNo hair nets on the cook who had long hair Never again

Great place to eat; tasty food, friendly staff, personal service ~ a joy to be there! we went back as many times as we could before traveling home... and we can't wait to eat there again!
