Men-ya Gakucho Ramen - Okayama

One of my favorite ramen shops. the ramon is excellent, service is excellent, the load is stylish and clean. no dedicated parking space available, so parking them elsewhere and go to the shop. the load is a bit difficult to find, but it is like a hidden gem. the hotel is located on a small next street behind the symphony hall.

初めて訪れました。11時開店がお店の都合で12時頃に開店。楽長ラーメンのみとの事で注文。スープはスゴく優しく美味しかったです。 他のメニューも気になっているのでまた訪れたいです

[Revisited after 13 days] This time my wife ordered [Chicken Gara Chinese Soba]. Like last time, I ordered [Spicy Noodles]. [Spicy noodles] has a good spiciness that comes after the last time. Bean sprouts and green onions are also good. There is no variation in taste from the previous time. (But [Umakaramen] is said to be available until the end of November. My wife 's [Chicken Gara Chinese Soba] is different from the clear soup from the previous time, and it has a so-called Chinese soba color. To me? ? ? However, my wife said, I wanted to eat Chinese noodles today, so it 's the best choice! [First visit] I stopped by on my way home from a walk. It 's in this place. It 's long and narrow like an eel 's bed, but as a measure against corona, it 's a safe layout with enough distance from the next door. My wife chose Rakucho Ramen, a salt ramen with yuzu, and I chose spicy noodles. As expected, Rakucho Ramen was my wife 's favorite, with a clear soup and a scent of yuzu. When I first drank the soup, I felt a deep spiciness, but after that I got used to it and the soup was almost gone, so I sipped the noodles. A large amount of bean sprouts has the scent of onion as a spice, and the bean sprouts were blanched, so they are supple and not hard. Is the amount of noodles about 1.5 times that of Ippudo? Due to my age, I didn 't sip soup at the end for health reasons, but before that, there was almost no soup at the end, and when I ate boiled eggs, I was full. I knew in advance that it was highly rated, but when I actually tasted it and was able to realize it, I was really happy. It seems that my wife was satisfied with the taste. I was extremely satisfied with the delicate taste. Hygiene and maintenance were sufficient, so I would like to visit again just because it is close. (Original 【13日後再訪】今回妻は【鶏ガラ中華そば】を注文。私は前回同様に【旨辛麺】を頼みました。【旨辛麺】は前回同様後から来る辛さが良いですね。もやしもネギも良いですね。前回との味のばらつきもありません。（でも【旨辛麺】は11月末まで、とのことでした。）妻の【鶏ガラ中華そば】は、前回の澄んだスープとは異なり、いわゆる中華そばの色目ですね。私には？？？ですが、妻は「今日は中華そば！が食べたかったので、ベストチョイス！！」とのことでした。【初回訪問】散歩帰りに立ち寄りました。この場所にあるのですね。ウナギの寝床のような細長い作りですが、コロナ対策にて、お隣とは十分な距離を取られていて、安心できるレイアウトです。妻は柚が入った塩ラーメンの楽長ラーメンを、私は旨辛麺を選択してみました。楽長ラーメンは透明に澄んだスープに柚子が香る、予想通りの妻好みの逸品でした。私の旨辛麺は最初スープを飲んだ際には、辛みを深く感じましたが、その後は慣れて、スープがなくなりそうになりましたので、麵をすすりました。大量のもやしに、スパイスとしての玉ねぎが香り、もやしは湯通しされていましたので、しなやかで硬さがありません。麵の量は一風堂の1.5倍位でしょうか？年齢的に健康面から最後にスープをすすることはしませんでしたが、それ以前に最後はほぼスープは無く、煮卵を食す際には、腹が一杯になりました。事前に評価が高いことは理解していましたが、実食してそれを実感できた時はやはり嬉しいですね。味にうるさいに妻も満足したようです。デリケートなテイストに極めて満足しました。衛生面もメンテナンスも必要十分でしたので、近いだけにまた訪れたいですね。
