Feedback gevenI got almost zero rice with my scoop and when I asked for more the guy quickly said I?d be charged extra and wouldn?t budge even though I barely got any. Never coming back the dude was horribly rude.
This place is TERRIBLE. Every time I have to pick up orders here the employees don 't acknowledge my presence. I have to stand there where the orders are picked up (which is obvious Im there for pick-up)for a very long time. They started to make the orderafter 6 customers have already ordered. They don 't seem happy to be there (night crew) and overall I don 't have a goodexperience here. They should not offer delivery if all they are going to do is start making it whenever they feel like it. Ihave to stand there for a good while reporting the order as Order started when I arrived plus text the client to tell themwhat 's going on multiple times and sometimes there are other drivers there sitting around waiting for their order as well. Thiscould affect delivery drivers times in the app, therefore getting a low rating/late delivery is possible. I stopped takingorders from here. Oh, and in one incident the store put some weird address sending me to a dark away field in the middle ofnowhere looking for 3545 Meridian rd at 11+pm and that address doesn 't even exist... the customer was right in front of themin the hotel by the way.
I'm giving it 3 stars because I love the food. However, I got take out today and was appalled with how the manager was treating the 2 employees. He was truly abusive to them. While the girl was ringing up someone's order he stood over her screaming at herasking if the queso is in the bag. It took her a minute to answer and he got meaner. She looked very nervous and bullied. Hecontinued to scream at them, throw his hands around and he was truly so mean to each of the employees. It made my stomach hurtto watch it. The employees were very quiet and nervous looking. I ended up saying something and he started yelling at me. Heshould have been deeply grateful that they were there working and doing a good job. This manager needs to be fired. It's hardfor businesses to find workers and with his abusive attitude he will destroy the restaurant. It was sad to watch. I reported itto corporate and I hope something is done about it. This happened late afternoon on Thursday, Oct 27th.
I can?t say enough good about Pancheros food quality and customer service. I placed an orders for 55 burritos for our football team (with special instructions) and they not only made them perfectly (and big enough to fill up our big boys), they were righton time and really professional and kind. It?s not easy to fill a big order on time, tasty and hot. I highly recommend tryingPancheros when you are in the mood for good Mexican AND the price was great (their per burrito price is several dollars lessthan others in the area). Also, the assistant manager, Lawrence was very professional and made sure I was happy with theservice. Thank you!
Today around 11am. The one guy working in there was not busy but still rude and short with us. The burritos were not mixed and thrown together without care. Do better.
