Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Stores

At around 4:50 pm in 12/20/2023 I went in decided to get a simple 2 junior cheeseburgers plain, with a large Oreo mix, but as I ordered my cashier asked me if I wanted it as a combo. I said Yes, just like any broke 16 year old that just realized how expensive college, and is trying to save money would. What I did not realize was that my cashier meant if I wanted a combo for both of my Jr cheeseburgers instead of just 1 of them. I quickly informed the cashier of this mistake in communication right after I was handed my food. After which I was given my change back, but leaving me with a dilemma of what to do with the food. After a second of pondering I asked the same cashier with another worker as witness if I could still take the food even though I would basically be getting it for free. I was then given the go ahead even though I admit I should have ordered again, but at this point I wasn 't about to spin the roulette table of fast food again. I deeply apologize about this inconvenience that I might have cost. I take full responsibility for my actions since I did have a stuffy nose so please don 't put put the blame on the poor cashier that was just doing her job. I would like a manager to see this review and comment back if I need to go back in the near future and bay back for the food that I took. I would like to end this review with acknowledgment that the left register has a faulty receipt printer, a cash drawer that doesn 't open required and employee to open it with a key , and the holder with small cups for the drive through falling when an employee tried to grab a small cup in order to fulfill an order. I sincerely apologize if I made it difficult for the cashier that took my order.

Braum's ... In Oklahoma ... Do we really need a review?

I've always loved the ice cream here. A must have when visiting Oklahoma.

Such a pretty little store! Braums is a go-to every time I'm in Oklahoma City. Delicious ice cream, good burgers and breakfast treats, plus grocery items available in store. My grandson loves the birthday cake ice cream! And I love the vanilla
