Feedback gevenWe had 11 people in our party and all ordered our meals at the same time. 4 meals were brought out, then 10 minutes later, 3 more meals were brought out. We got 3 more meals in another 15 minutes and finally our last person was served another 10 minutes later. We were all able to eat but it was tough when the meals all came out at different times.
Lost my reservation then they were out of almost everything
The wings we ordered was horrible the manager did not want to correct the problem and has an horrible attitude. I will not be back to this location.
We reserved a table in the main dining two weeks in advance because we did not have enough kids to rent a party room. Towards the end of our experience the manager asked our server to come separate our tables before we were finished, so they could seat other guests, while the dining area was only 50% full at best. We felt rushed and as if we were an inconvenience after spending over $600 for our sons birthday. Will not be back for future events.
Absolutely terrible service! They got our order wrong 3 times and then asked if we would just be okay with the incorrect order. I do not usually write reviews but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The entire waitstaff just seemed confused. We had 2 things on our bill from another table be sure to check your ticket. The food is pricey. I expect better service for the .
