Florence's - Oklahoma City

I did not go into the place. I did an order online and it was delivered to me. I am originally from Augusta Georgia and I must say the collard greens, dressing, and chicken were delicious. All the food was good but the yam fried chicken hit the spot! The service was great! They actually called me to let me know that they did not have any Sprite and asked what I would want instead. I will definitely eat here again!!

Overall it was ok, the service was excellent the atmosphere was really nice the catfish is really good and so are the yams/sweet potatoes, cabbage and macaroni and cheese but the greens need to be cleaned better

Some of the best food in town. The beef tips in gravy were super tender, and the greens are delicious!

I had the yammer fried chicken and black cherry kool-aid. Them yams baby on point whoever cooked them yams Yasssss! It was super delicious and soft. I took a picture of it. I also had the collard greens and smashed potatoes. Wished would have got awhole plate of yams. Because them yams I love them. The waitress server girl was awesome. Thank you so much I was drinking up all the kool-aid because it was good. I haven't had kool-aid in along time. Thank you for serving us. Clean environment and polite staff.

An Eastside staple for soul food. I can appreciate the upgrades remodel of Florence's. I hadn't eaten here in years. I started with a watermelon lemonade had 3 refills. It had the right amount of sweetness tart. I chose the pot roast with,mac n cheese, collard greens and Boley beans. You get 3 sides! Normally I prefer the savory pinto beans savory collard greens. Both my sides had sweet undertones. Hot sauce balanced the sweetness. Just a heads up depending on your taste bud preference. The fried chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The yams were sweet to the point it was my dessert. Certain days of the week feature different specials. Will go back for the fried fish.
