Grandy's - Oklahoma City

Employees were hitting each other with boxes. Too busy worried about what they got goin on. Food was ****. Not coming back.

I used to love Grandys but it had been awhile since I'd eaten their products. I called in an order to be picked up and the person was pretty helpful. I know from past experience that their roasted chicken supply is limited and this person told me when the next batch would be out. Our order included roast and fried chicken and the chicken strips as well as some sides and rolls. The rolls were the first disappointment. They were almost crunchy. The second disappointment was the fried chicken. It was so greasy that the bottom of the box literally disintegrated. The fried coating was done incorrectly and fell off even before we could pick it up. The third disappointment was the roast chicken. It too was extremely greasy. Of the sides: all of them were very bland; more so than usual. The kids did eat the macaroni and cheese but they didn't have to fight off the adults. Sorry to say, we won't be back.
