I remember not being impressed at that time and was hoping that impression would change. The decor is OK. The tables and chairs wobble. A little time spent fixing the furniture could go a long way. The menu had what i would consider a very random selection of food. I ordered their Spinach Salad with grilled chicken. The food came our very quickly. My salad was nothing special. Spinach, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and lemon dressing. Chicken had a nice spicy kick. Overall, my impression of the place has not changed. Not my first...read more
Such a shame.. My heart just aches for this special landmark that used to be so great. My husband and I have continued to patronize Kaisers through the construction challenges and various owner/management messes. On our most recent (and final) visit, we just ran in for ice cream cones about 90 minutes before closing. We were second in line for ice cream with plenty of people sitting at the outside tables, and two groups appeared to be waiting for their meals. Way too high priced! Chicken fried steak is awful. Gravy is like water. Kids meal is $5 and doesn't even come with a drink. Not recommended!
Love the Atmosphere.. Their Burgers and Fries are great. The Bison is delicious. Tried the meatloaf and it was yummy, the only negative I would say is that the meat loaf had huge chunks of garlic. I like garlic, but it was just a little too much. 09 Feb, 2015 Love the atmosphere.. Love their Burgers and Fries. The Bison is delicious. Refused service. We were in the area and decided to stop by on Sunday 1/11/15 at 245. When we walked up the door said they close at 3, since we only wanted ice cream we walked in and before we sat down we were told by the waitress that they were closed. I feel they could have said the grill was closed but still offered ice cream, it would have only taken 5 minutes and we would have been gone by 3. Poor service seems to be a problem according to other reviews. I hope management addresses the problem, so we can return.
