Maple Korean Bbq - Oklahoma City

We walked in and were escorted to our table without a greeting or introduction from the staff. While that doesn't bother me, I can understand that some people might prefer to know their server better. Anyway, we decided to order four different dishes, thinking the portions would be moderate or perhaps even a bit small. That was not the case. We ordered spicy bulgogi, spicy pork belly, regular pork belly, and spicy chicken. I highly recommend the spicy chicken; it was tender, and I created a special sauce that paired well with it. However, by the time we reached our second plate of meat, we were already struggling to finish. Our server mentioned we could order four dishes at a time, but I advise against it—unless you have an enormous appetite like Nikocado Avocado. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting some food. The meal came to about $25 per person, and since I was dining with one other person, our total was just over $60. I'm not sure if the bill included the wasted food or if it was solely for our drinks, but the extra charges were unclear.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for another one, and I'm glad I did. It's a lovely spot with very reasonable prices, even for dinner. This was my husband’s first experience with Korean BBQ, and I wish our waiter had taken the time to explain more to us. He wasn't particularly friendly and only came by a few times to check in, but he didn’t inform us that we needed to get our own side dishes; he just assumed we were aware of that. Despite the lackluster customer service, the food was excellent.

The food was absolutely incredible! I can't believe how much I ate, but everything was so tasty! Our waiter seemed quite uninterested in his job, but I was informed that this isn't typical for this restaurant. Regardless, we had a great time and I'm already planning my next visit. Although I live in Tulsa, this restaurant is definitely worth the drive. I have a feeling that if we had a different server, it would have been one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.

Lots of options, our table of 5 were able to pic 5 meats to start off with and all the sides/condiments/sauces you want. Restaurant was clean and easy to navigate, my only problem was our waiter was incredibly hard to understand he spoke very fast and was wearing a mask so i was unable to read his lips. This was our first visit so i needed to be able to understand his instructions. Overall was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The food was very good. It was my cousin's first time eating KBBQ and she had a positive experience.
