Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

I requested no whipped cream on my Caramel Frappé, but they still added it. The burgers were prepared correctly, but they often overlook small details like my beverage preferences and sauce for my nuggets.

The food at this restaurant was fresh and incredibly delicious. The only downside was that there were no dipping sauces available for our nuggets. Other than that small issue, everything was excellent.

The portion of my order that I received was fine but half of my order was missing.

Super Sketchy McDonalds. When they ask, ALWAYS say yes to a reception. I made the mistake of saying no. They gave me my card back and I moved to the next window. Then they tried to reload my card by saying that it was rejected. I was suspected to give them my card and went to the parking lot, checked my phone banking app and it showed the fee pending. She wanted to talk to the manager and tried to tell me that it was rejected. I told them that this is not what it meant and told them I would just challenge the charges with my bank. Luckily, when I got my bank (USAA) on the phone, the McDonalds turned the load around. TLDR: Save your reception, they could try to calculate you twice.

It was a long wait, they must have had a new work drive because on the screen the order was correct, but the content of the Sac was not. Food: 2/5
