The Salmon Benedict served here INSANELY GOOD, and the spinach salad can simply not be surpassed. I love the tomato soup here, and it's a personal favorite. Big little place for brunch or lunch in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City!
My team and I went to the gentle opening today, and we are impressed by everything. The menu, the atmosphere, the beverage selection. It was all top Notch. We started to share with the roasted carrot hummus. It was served with naan, parsnips and broccolini. I'd steal this recipe. For Entrees I had the Steak Frites; a 10 ounce ribeye with herbal fries. My dining room partner had the shrimp risotto. The steak was cooked like I love and dressed with a beard that was fire, as the children say. The shrimps were solid and well seasoned, and the risotto was perfectly prepared; creamy, but not muddy as a rice pulp. It had only the correct amount of strength. To dessert we had the pineapples on our head. It was poured with a salted caramel drizzle and served with pistachios. It was as good as that sounds. And of course I had an old fashion for my drink. Because you can't go wrong. I can't wait for the full opening. Go here, and then go next door and see some of the best art everywhere. Or simply sit and enjoy the view from the large windows or on the terrace. Either way, you can't miss.
