Neighborhood Jam - Oklahoma City

My family and I came here on an early Sunday morning after dropping off a family member at the airport. We came here due to the reviews and so glad we did. Super fast and friendly service, very well staffed kitchen. We were seated right away. Our waitress was super knowledgeable and helped us with any questions and also suggested some really good options. This is my family’s favorite place to grab breakfast when we visit OKC. It can be difficult getting everyone to agree on one place, but Neighborhood JAM is always unanimously agreed upon. I can’t recommend their chocolate chip pancake enough!

Neighborhood Jam has become one of my favorite restaurants in OKC, consistently impressing me with every visit. The staff here is exceptional, and the service has always been outstanding. My go-to dish is The Heap, which I think offers the best value for your money. On this visit, I tried the avocado toast, and it was nothing short of amazing. It was not only delicious but also loaded with nutrients that positively fueled my body. I couldn't resist getting my favorite drink, the Sam Elliott Latte, which features a delightful blend of vanilla, sarsaparilla, and a sprinkle of salt for an explosion of flavor. Our waiter, Daniel, was fantastic as always, and I highly recommend sitting in his section if you can! Overall, my experiences at Neighborhood Jam have been excellent, and I will definitely keep coming back.

The food is excellent, and the service is commendable. However, there are a few downsides. The prices are higher than those of other restaurants that offer similar quality. Additionally, the space is quite cramped, with no waiting area available. Today, it was particularly cold, and everyone was forced to wait inside for a table. We were practically right next to another table of diners, and despite our attempts to adjust our position, more people kept coming in, making it uncomfortable. I can't imagine anyone enjoying their breakfast with guests standing so close by. The wait time is at least an hour, even if you check in early, and they don't accept reservations, which can make it challenging to coordinate with a larger group.
