Feedback gevenI visited Panda Express for the first time and found the food to be quite good, though I couldn't finish it all. When I went to the counter to request a container, the woman there ignored me despite my three attempts to get her attention. I then asked a different employee, only to have the first lady shake her finger at me and say that I wasn't allowed to speak to the person in the kitchen. It really made me question their customer service. It felt as though they took my money and had no interest in assisting me any further. All I wanted was to enjoy my lunch and get back to work.
If you're in the mood for Asian cuisine and looking for a fast food option, this restaurant is a solid choice. The food is quite delicious. My only gripe is that the portion sizes could be larger for the price you pay. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant, as you will likely leave feeling disappointed. The drive-thru service is extremely slow, and the staff at the window are not very friendly. They seem unable to accurately take even a simple order, like a double serving of orange chicken and fried rice. Be sure to double-check your entire order before leaving, or you may end up with the wrong items. Save your time and money!
This is the worst situation. They never cooked and ready. They are always made of ice or a soft drink. I'll wait over 20 minutes for honey walnut shrimp. I stop going here.
Went to Panda Express for dinner and during my time there I along with others had to wait for the staff to get more fried rice out. Which wasn't a major issue until they started messing up customers orders including mine.Food: 4/5
