Use to be a bit shady but lately really good food and awesome employees

Manager in N. Macarthur. Okc. Make twice big misstakes in my order. I called to complain to CS my and I was told Distric Manager will call back. Until today still waiting!!! Very dessapointed. What is going on??

Asked for thin crust. Was told I had to get a larger pizza to get thin crust. Pizza wasn't thin crust. Customer service associates were friendly and pleasant but they got my order wrong.

From placing my order to delivery, completely flawless and definitely made my day. I called to place an order to surprise my son's class with a pizza party. I truly appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was! Thank You so much ? The delivery driver even called to confirm she was dropping it off at the front office.

Ordered from this location multiple times. The amount of times our order has been correct is less than the many times it's wrong. From missing sauces to specific order instructions not followed.Called to speak to management with the last order, manager tried to debate it was done incorrectly initially. Was told they would comp the pizzas on my account and naturally no comp seen.Won't be ordering again from this location.Drivers always polite and kind.
