Papa John's Pizza - Oklahoma City

Called about the 3 pizzas they sent out and all of them was burnt . So I called again because it was over 45 min for the new ones '' Marco '' the head manager said he would send out . He told me that he hasnt got to them yet and told me he was to busy right now . So I went up to the store and he had the new pizzas just sitting on the counter so I asked him about it and he says hear you go ... and guess what ... the new pizzas were burnt even more than the first ones . He told me that's the way they look when they are cooked. I could not believe what he was saying . I have had pizzas from Papa Johns here before and the crust is golden brown NOT burnt ! I had to call the district manager and he said he would take care of it . This Papa Johns in Del City Oklahoma has got really bad ! Its dirty inside the store and The manager " Marco " is one rude person and he was also dirty and had black **** under his finger nails . Gross !!!

I have ordered from here every week, twice a week and I will never order from her again. TNG manager is a terrible human being. She should never be in management. She needs to lose her job. Hateful and rude. By the way, I ordered from there over two hours ago and I'm still waiting.
