I sampled the brisket, ribs, and hot links—all of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was rich and enjoyable, and the baked beans had a unique twist with hints of apple and spice that made them stand out. The service was also impressive. Overall, it’s great food at a good price in a clean environment with attentive service. I definitely plan to return frequently!

I ordered a half slab of ribs, and they absolutely satisfied my cravings. The mac and cheese was delicious, while the beef brisket could have been a bit more tender, but it was still very good. The smoked sausage was okay. The service, however, was excellent!

On a positive note, the ribs I bought for my father were a hit; he absolutely loved them. However, during my most recent order, I called within just two hours of my purchase. Unfortunately, my father couldn't eat the ribs this time because they were too tough and seemed old. I spent exactly $41.16 on my order and only wanted the ribs replaced, not the entire meal. I was told they would replace the ribs, and I provided my name and information again that day. Since then, I’ve visited the restaurant three more times, but only for myself. My father is in a care home, and this is what he looks forward to when I visit on Saturdays. I have to commend the young Black man who has always treated me with respect, as well as the cheerful lady with blonde hair. Unfortunately, it seems I have been blocked from getting a resolution. We will be looking for a new restaurant.

I hate to leave a bad review for this place. The people were nice but I just did not care for the food. I 've had sirloin more tender than the burnt ends! The ribs were fall off the bone tender but tasted like dirty smoke. The mac was under seasoned andthe beans were just average. I paid $5 for a link of smoked sausage and only got 5 very small pieces. The sausage and brisketwere okay but everything else was below average. Also, $4.25 for one 20oz fountain drink! Overall, i spent $75 for what you seeand I just wasn 't impressed. If you 're looking for great bbq please try The Butcher Stand in Wellston.

First time there and it was great. Not only were the staff so nice, but the food is delicious. I'm going here over swadleys any day. The girl who helped me was super patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted, she gave me recommendations and evenexplained how some of it tastes. The food is immaculate, truly some homestyle southern bbq. The only thing I can recommendimprovement on is maybe providing to go silverware, otherwise five stars ????
