Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

The line at the restaurant (Icestorm 2020) was long, extending to the edge of the road. However, the food was perfect - fresh, hot, and accurate. The only downside was that they ran out of Mexican pizza too early. I hope they bring back the Mexican pizza as a permanent menu item at The Bell.

Today we had a pleasant experience in our local Tacobell. I had to repeat my order a few times and waiting was a little long, but they came thru gave us a free taco and a voucher and apologised about waiting with reason and the order came perfect. Eat it now. Great work, good food, keep work!

Good quality food. However, it would be nice if this location could give the amount of hot sauce that is actually asked. Also, the girl in the window never says anything to you if you are there, a nice “Hello” would go on the way for customer service

The table was dirty, a need to be wiped off by a customer after use. It was dirty and wet when I was eating 8/30/22 1405 there today. One also takes too long to place an order. The staff will generally apologize. Sorry and excuses should not be a substitute for good customer service.

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst. If you enjoy receiving your order wrong every single time, then this is the perfect place for you. Orders are consistently missing items and prepared incorrectly. I asked for a taco without lettuce, but received one with lettuce. My meal was missing the burrito and nacho cheese that were supposed to come with it. Additionally, the burrito my fiance ordered had a stale, crunchy tortilla. The drinks taste like carbonated water and the lids are always leaking.
