Service is pretty quick but since the black girl's not working in the Drive-Thru anymore the guy that's there is very unfriendly sounds like he doesn't want to be there at all. You should have someone on the speaker that has a pleasant voice and seems like they want to serve you.
I just want to say thank you to Tobi (hopefully I spelled that right) and the rest of the team that worked the late shift on 4/11/2022. I pulled into the drive-thru after a failed attempt to go to McDonald's. With just five minutes left until they closed. I received some of the best customer service I have ever received. I try not to pull into a restaurant right before they closed and normally when it does happen I am met with the worst attitude but, not from this shift. The food looked amazing and very identical to the menu pictures which is a huge surprise and they were fast. Just an amazing job and I appreciate you. Wendy's should really be proud and award this team especially in a world we're no-one wants to work and good work is hard to find.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My experience at this location was horrific whoever takes orders needs more education on customer service or respect better yet both would be nice. I'm a firm believer in if you don't like your job then quit and find something else. She was not polite at all. I placed my order, paid and was pulled up only to wait more than 20 mins for my order. I wasn't the only one there was two more cars pulled up after me. When I paid for my food there was at least 4 workers in there so I didn't understand. I usually have a good experience during the day but never in the evening or night. I won't be coming back. Mostly because of how rude the lady was at the window.
The new fries are great. The sandwich was ok (the lettuce and tomato could have been better). Overall it was ok. Not a great experience but not a bad one either.
