I called to place a to go order of wings. The girl who answered the phone doesn't speak English. She asked if I spoke Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. This was crazy. She hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone else. I called back four times but no one would answer the phone. Is this a real business??
The cashier rung up the order correctly but the kitchen messed up my order. It was supposed to be half lemon pepper wings and half bbq. I received 10 bbq the lady in the kitchen decided to argue me down about my wing order. I bought the container of wings back in after its been in my car and we opened the container to make sure order was correct. The employees took my food back into the kitchen sat it down on their counter after its been in my car. They took out 5 bbq wings out and gave me 5 lemon pepper wings to go with the other 5 bbq wings I bought in. I'm not sure if they threw the wings away or gave the 5bbq wings to another customer I saw them take 5 wings out of my container and put it in a different container they didn't throw the wings away at all.The other meal we ordered was 10 piece lemon wings and added 5 extra wings on which was correct. We was supposed to have 2 ranch and 1 blue cheese but all of the dipping sauces tasted like ranch I also mentioned this to kitchen staff and the lady still felt the need to argue with me and be rude about it. I will not return to this location unsanitary conditions and rude staff not customer friendly.
Food was just fine. Customer service was lacking to say the least. I called the store to place an order for pick up. The lady asked me to hold. I held for 5 minutes and the phone kicked me back to the store. The same girl answered, asked me to hold again then said wait go ahead. I ordered, she told me the total and when I would be ready and literally hung up on me. I went to the store to pick up the food, the woman who took my payment didnt even offer my change back or my receipt for the transaction. The more rushed you are with guests the more rude it appears since it seemed like I was interrupting something important during the whole entire process of ordering from here. For someone with over a decade of customer service this whole interaction was overall horrible. Shout out to the cooks who silently rock?
On 2/21/22 I had a 40.00(2 /12piece combos) order and was specific about my order how many extra minutes i wanted my chicken cooked(3 extra minutes) I came home checked my order and it was wrong I called them immediately to let them know a young lady named melody/Melanie answered told her what happened what they did wrong and all she kept saying she was new and when I asked yall don't have a policy when yall mess up I'm not sure I'm new and so on and so on I asked for a manager she stated one wasn't there I said ok what's the mangers name and I told her a couple of times I was going to report this she still didn't get it I went on to tell her take my name and number to give to Manger because I would be calling the next day and theirs couple of them that are quite polite cynthia,young black man)the female manager sorry can't think of her name but she's anazing
