Tweeter's Grill - Okoboji

The dining experience was decent, but it was overpriced for the portion sizes, and the fries were incredibly disappointing. The service on Wednesday night was lacking and needs significant improvement. We weren’t even offered refills on our drinks, and there were three of us! We ordered onion rings at the beginning, but we had to wait for our main meals to receive them after asking a second time. It seemed like the staff were quite young and not appropriately dressed for a restaurant. I definitely won’t be returning. Spending $64 on burgers and fries with such poor service is unacceptable! Absolutely not!

Wonderful restaurant! Even with a shortage of staff as some college students went back to school, the service was excellent. It's easy to locate, situated by the lake, although the view of the lake is somewhat limited. The atmosphere is quite relaxing.

My friend and I visited Tweeter's during our weekend break from work. Having grown up in the area, I was concerned that it might be too crowded for us to receive good service, but I was pleasantly surprised by our experience! JJ was attentive all night, accommodating our requests, including changing a TV channel for our game and quickly correcting a minor mistake on my order without any issues. The chefs prepared the toast for my sandwich perfectly—it was not greasy and had the ideal color. We’re definitely coming back! Thank you!

Food was good if you could get what you ordered. The service was really bad. Recently visited for the last time, good for this season. Full bar, but could not mix a simple drink (as I did). From many menu items. Hair in food. In the evening at full price.

We had a party of 10?.waited 10 minutes to order drinks..:waited again for drinks to get delivered. Waited after drinks for about 20 minutes to order and then ordered food and wait over an hour for cold food and incorrect orders. Total time at restaurant was over 2.5 hours and not by our choice. Asked to have some cold food discounted, waiter asked manager who said no. Asked to speak with manager who was very rude and abrupt. Waiter was really trying and we realize understaffed but the wait, quality of food and attitude from manager only made it worse. Not recommended!
