La Diperie St Henri - Okotoks

I ordered the cookie dough and was disappointed to see that it was less than half the size of what I've had before, yet it still cost $10. The menu describes it as a large container, but what I received was only about half a cup—about the size of a small ice cream scoop.

I had a wonderful experience with La Diperie until recently. We ordered a dozen donuts for my husband's birthday for $18, but when we served them, we quickly discovered they were inedible. They were so stale that we had to discard them all. I emailed the restaurant hoping for a replacement, but I never received a response. I followed up with another email after they replied to my review, but I'm still not hearing back from them.

I came across this charming little place, and it was a wonderful surprise. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The ice cream was impressive, and the selection of toppings was remarkable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for outstanding ice cream!

I went to the restaurant to get some ice cream for my mom and husband. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed I was charged for two large waffles instead of the one waffle and one regular cone that I had ordered. I had already paid for the order at that point. Make sure to check your receipts carefully when ordering from this place, as it seems they may not be honest and are ready to take advantage of customers for a little extra cash. Additionally, the ice cream was underwhelming and overpriced. I won't be coming back.

This is a fantastic place with a wide variety of options! The customer service is exceptional; the young woman who assisted us on July 3 was very patient and took the time to explain all the different cone dipping options. The ice cream was delicious, and we can't wait to come back!
