First time ordering steep tea at this location and it would definitely be my last. Horrible taste.

I have gotten a tea for work for most days over the last year and had to stop because of the inconsistent quality. I went a picked up a tea today, nothing fancy just earl grey with 1 milk and 1 sugar, and l find the quality hasn't changed. It tastes horrendous, like it was made with old coffee pot water and it drowns out any other flavor to the point of it being undrinkable.

Erynn is absolutely wonderful, knew what I wanted right when I walked in. So sweet and kind. Always greets me with a smile which brightens my day (especially before my morning coffee!
