Advantages: atmosphere Disadvantages: service Comment: Crappy restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and food is decent but as far as customer service goes…HORRIBLE. Decided to go here for a 21st birthday dinner only because of the margarita flights. Upon arrival, we were seated as we had made a reservation....then it went downhill from there. Waited for 30 minutes and no one had come over for our drink order. Husband went and told someone, no one came. I finally got up and asked to speak to a manager which we were told that we would be getting a new server, that didn't happen. When the waitress finally did come over she explained herself by stating that she had another party she was working with and didn't have time to get to us yet. After she got our drink orders, it was another 40 minute wait to get those. Once again, I asked to speak to a manager, the drink that was ordered by one person in our party was sent back 4x before they got it right. Now, we had a separate server come to our table with a round of shots for everyone. Yay…NOT. We didn't ask for shots and not everyone at the table was drinking alcoholic beverages. We had to wait even longer for food....now while the food was decent, it was most definitely NOT worth the wait or service we received. Generally speaking, I look for service not just food quality. Now, the manager claimed she was watching behind the curtain, while she may state that…I wouldn't of had to ask for her numerous times. The waitress took even longer to get us our checks so again I had to ask for the manager. Now, while we were waiting for the check I asked the server if she had our checks yet…she said she was working on it. So, since she hadn't printed them off yet I requested a round of shots for the table (total of 7 shots). You would think that a basic shot would be a simple pouring of alcohol, nope not even close…we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for that. I thought to myself I shouldn't of even ordered them but anyhow, after we each received our checks I asked yet again to speak to the manager. When she came over, I informed her that I had no problem paying the check however, I felt we should have gotten some sort of discount for their lack of service. She said nope, we had received a complimentary shot and that I stated that everything was fine. Of course, I said that everything was fine. What was I going to say…we had made numerous complaints, asked for the manager numerous times, drinks took forever and then had to be sent back, service was lacking so my question to her would be, did you think it was fine and would you be ok with that type of service? I highly doubt it. I wish I could write a reply to her response to my google review however, it won't allow me unfortunately. She pretty much responded and said that we wanted free food or free drinks…NOT ONCE did I say that or even suggest it. My only suggestion was to receive some sort of discount for their terrible service. It irritates me that she is making me out to be some sort of villain looking to get something for free. NO ma'am. I went there fully expecting to pay full price and my check was over $200 so it wasn't a problem of paying for our dinner…more of a problem with their service. Trash place due to horrible customer service. So if you are looking for decent food with horrible service then go ahead. The money that we spent was not work their customer service. Oh and I should mention that the ONLY server that wasn't even our waiter was a gentleman, don't know his name but he was the only guy out of the bunch that actually acted like he cared. … – show

Might have had the best burrito I have ever had here. The grande burrito was amazing.

Was excited to try this place, but chips were sub-par and a bit stale, we ordered the margarita flight and didn’t get the tequila kick — just tasted like juice so a bit overrated and would go with just a lime marg. Also our burrito that came with guacamole was not delivered with it. Just overall not impressed and will be happy to stick with our fav local place.

I have been three times now and each time the food was hot, fresh and delicious and the jalapeno margarita can't be beat! Antonio is the best server, so prompt and friendly and salsa has just the right texture and heat!

Went today to try the flights and was told they are not doing flights which was disappointing since that's why I came.. Then was told we couldnt order off the lunch menu and it was 1pm. They said only dinner menu available another disappointment. Waiter had kinda hard time understanding us sometimes and we had hard time understanding him sometimes but he did try his best and was a good waiter. But Besides those issues the food over all was good.
