Dunkin' - Olathe

His name was Z and he was absolutely AMAZING! My fiance and I came through and he was so nice and super helpful! He even made an attempt for conversation and had great customer service which is very rare these days! Definely coming back!

We absolutely love the wide variety of donuts at this restaurant, and their convenient Drive Thru service makes it so easy for us to pick up our favorite treats. The Jelly Filled donuts are unbeatable, and we always enjoy their delicious cream and custard filled donuts as well. We usually swing by after grocery shopping so we can enjoy a fantastic dessert after our meals, or even for breakfast the next morning. Yum!

The staff is consistently friendly and the service used to be excellent. However, in recent months, I have noticed that my orders placed through the app have been incorrect. I suggest that if you plan to visit this restaurant regularly, avoid making any modifications to your order. Some of the blame falls on me for not checking before leaving, but it can be quite frustrating.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin coffee and this location has made my order right EVERY TIME! the drive through staff are so friendly, both early in the morning and later at night. service is quick and the lines aren't ever too bad for me. Also, be careful about the weird intersection when exiting the drive through. Sometimes other drivers from the Hy-Vee parking lot or from 119th will zoom through the stop signs without noticing them. No fault of Dunkin, just something to remember!

It makes me sad to say because I loved one of the managers a while back when I came more frequently before going into work, but they never seem to get my fairly simple drink right...to the point where every single time I order it, something different is wrong. It?s just a frozen coffee w/ mocha flavor.....not complicated. Kinda stopped wasting my money. My mom had a similar experience with her own drink. Getting drinks from this location is not reliable. Try a different location.
