Jack In The Box - Olathe

Just ordered food online to pick up. Get there. No one is there? The drive thru nobody answered. Went to the doors, no signs, they are locked. Really weird. I need a refund ASAP and some sort of explanation would be nice.Edited to add: I filled out the form. I also went today about 5pm and guess what? Again!! Closed!!! Thankfully I didn't order online this time. What the heck is going on? If you aren't open then shut your online ordering system off. It's simple. It's theft. You know you aren't open but there's no sign yet still collecting money? Shady shady shady business practice. I'd like my almost $20 back asap.Again what are your hours open??????? Just answer that please!!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. As we tried to place our order, the staff member who assisted us was quite rude and seemed unfamiliar with the menu. I've never encountered anyone so discourteous in a dining setting. Because of this incident, I don’t think I’ll ever return. I suggest the owners address this issue. I wouldn't recommend dining here; I'm concerned about the quality of the food given how we were treated.

This food will upset your stomach. I recommend avoiding this place; you'll only end up regretting it.

I checked the opening hours on Google the day before my shift and again before my lunch break, only to find that the drive-thru was not open at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. Despite the fact that the hours were verified six days ago and say they’re open until 1 a.m., this information is incorrect. They do not actually open after 9 o'clock. After reading other reviews, I have my doubts about this place, which adds to my frustration. In contrast, I've had great experiences at other locations in Olathe. I’m not going to pursue this further, but I wanted to share my experience to inform others.

The dining room was closed. - I'm waiting for the ride and they said they were closed for the night. Why was the staff there? did he make the watch? this will be a common thema with jack in the box! I am tired. just close their doors permenetly and get it with! edit: I was there at 430 a.m.
