Feedback gevenHad to take a moment and shout out the young man, Riley, working the drive thru window. From what I could tell, they appeared to be short staffed. It didn’t seem to impact Riley as he was extremely courteous and very prompt. Fast Food can be a tough environment to work in. Customers are very demanding. And he exceeded all expectations! Food was great as well!
I normally like the food but at this point they just kinda steal your money via their app. Placed an order awhile ago via the app for this location at 9AM with the app stating that they were open at 7AM. I arrive to find the place deserted and my money is already taken out of my account. Really sucked going through customer service to get my money back but thought it was just some really bad luck. Nope, place is once again a ghost town and my money is again gone.
Well it showed this location was open til 10pm and drive thru til 1 am but we arrived at 9pm and there was nobody there. It was totally dark. Totally disappointed I drove 5 miles and it was closed.
It took nearly an hour to get our order taken and receive our food through the drive through. The cashier at the window was unapologetic for the wait and was in no rush to help or us the two additional vehicles waiting for food in the parking lot spaces. The food was at least hot, but not worth the wait.
This location is still drive-thru only, but they have no signs or anything to alert you to this, you have to get out to find the door locked. As we pulled on the locked door, an employee was walking in and told us the lobby was closed, and then said, “Honestly, I don't even know if we are open in the drive-thru at the moment,” at 12:45pm on a Sunday afternoon.
