Jimmy John's - Olathe

The sandwiches are tasty but rather pricey. The customer service comes off as somewhat indifferent and strictly professional. I only choose to go there when I have no other options and am very hungry.

The General Manager, Chris, is outstanding. He consistently performs at a high level and is always ready to help.

I really appreciate the curbside pickup service! My favorite dish is the Italian one, but if I could suggest a change, it would be the bread—I prefer it to be softer rather than crusty on the outside.

It had to be a bad day for the young man taking our orders. Sandwich 1 was totally wrong, wrong selection, wrong size, nothing like what was asked for. Sandwich 2 was the wrong meats, but right size. Sandwich 3 was requested on wheat, but came on white. The staff corrected quickly, but it was strange. Otherwise, it was fast, they corrected things with a smile, and made it right.
