The food lacked flavor and seasoning, making each dish bland and unremarkable. It was so under-seasoned that I had to add my own spices once I got home to make it palatable. Despite the promising menu and the anticipation, the lack of attention to flavor was a significant letdown. Regrettably, I won't be returning.
Not too busy during lunch. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!
If I didn't live 200 miles away, I'd eat there weekly Best catfish I've ever had. My last post was 4 years ago. Today is July 20, 2024, and I came to town to visit family and had to go to jumping catfish. The waiter was fantastic, and so was the food . All you can eat they lost money on me. Like I said, 4 years ago, if I didn't live so far away, I'd eat there weekly. try it for yourself.
I love a place who cooks catfish and doesn't have that mud taste to it. This place is great for catfish. Get the sampler. Well worth the 20 dollars
I visited for the all-you-can-eat crab legs, and my experience was disappointing. The first plate was somewhat enjoyable, scoring a 3/5, though it was a bit salty. The portion size was reasonable. However, the second plate was overwhelming with salt and contained only about a third of the amount from the first plate. I managed to finish two plates, but by the second one, the excessive saltiness became unbearable. The salt content was so high that I started to get headaches. In comparison to the usually delightful unlimited crab legs I enjoy at the casino, these were poorly seasoned and far too salty. Normally, I can comfortably eat 4 to 6 plates, but at this place, I couldn’t go beyond two. Considering I paid around $60 for this disappointing meal, it certainly wasn’t worth it. Overall, I would rate the crab legs 1/5 and will not be returning.
