Starbucks - Olathe

I was not a Starbucks fan until I got a gift card I've been like this ever since I love their hot chocolate during the winter

I'm not sure if I said my drink order wrong or if they got it wrong but they were very very kind fixed it right away and brought it out to me with a big smile. I offered to pay again for my correct drink and they said no problem they would just make it again! I appreciate how awesome their customer service was even if it was my mistake!!

We have had some order issues in the past, but they've stepped up their service game more recently.

I ordered a green tea frap and on leaving I took a sip to find out there was coffee in it. I am allergic to coffee so I take it in and tell them that someone messed up. They fixed it but why on earth would they put coffee in a beverage that does not call for coffee to begin with?

The Impossible breakfast sandwich is......AMAZING!!!! As a longtime Veg ,it 's still sometimes hard to find GOOD things at a REASONABLE price at normal restaurants.This sandwich is DELICIOUS!!! Packed with protein and roughly about $5!!!
