Feedback gevenI cried to let them know of my care, that is, late, although app says it is ready, it was not even cooked when it was time to be picked up, sandwich is cold in cheese not melted, paprika are cold and worse off from all very rude make excuse as they do not control over the timer on the app hello! there is a male app on why this function the customer service is the worst in this industry. you just lost a loyal customer!
Much more common than not, eating takes about an hour to get to them. the last few paintings came almost two hours later and hardly room temperature. When I called that, I was told absurdly, as if it was raining outside. and not even offered to correct the problem until I pushed it.
I appreciate being served my food promptly, and I value high-quality dishes.
From here ordered twice in the last month. both of them took it almost an hour to deliver the pizza. I live the road down. 4 dollar delivery fee and a tip? wow.
Did curbside. When food was brought out, I asked about the 2 garlic dips I ordered.after checking every box, the guy said very rude , you have th pay for it . I said, I did. He said no you didn't. if you did it would be written on a box.he then just abruptly walked away as I said I'll look up my order.Sure enough it was in there. So I walked inside to show them and get the rest of my order. They all looked at me dumbfounded...SO MUCH FOR CURBSIDE....get the 7 pizzas home. They were terrible. cheese was thick and seemed fake.was not melted right. cheese bread was burned on sides. Pepperoni was dried out.
