Dunkin' - Old Bridge

Horrible customer service, went through drive through ordered 1 reg coffee 1 latte, and 4 donuts to take to coworkers. Donuts were smashed and thrown in a bag coffee had nothin But coffee grinds in the bottom of cup. Wish I could include picture of the order. Called and spoke to Daniel I explained to her the problem became rude on the phone.

I told two people at the counter that there was a problem with the only napkin dispenser and they both looked at me with dumb smiles as if I was talking Martian.

The lack of customer service needs to be addressed, I Believe it was the manager who attended me and she was very very rude.

Mckenzie is phenomenal and really knows how to make the drink just how you like it. Be sure to visit her there.

This dunkin is terrible ! The employees are trash, and when you need something fixed they make a big fuss about it . Never spend my money at this location ever
