Jack In The Box - Old Hickory

We couldn't eat. the lobby was closed and there were 5 people who had blew up and actually took a kind of substance on the parking lot. it was so sad to witness. something must be done at this place.

If I didn't love her tacos so much, I would avoid this place. no internal kitchen. and panhandlers are very aggressive. once when we were in the car-dru-lane (in the car, so there is no way out), a panhandler came into the open driver side window and asked us to get them food. our experience on 7.29.22 at midday is however what makes us come back. we have placed a mobile order for a huge amount of tacos. when we arrived, the road was very long. my wife went to the drive-dru window and some very sweet dame gave her our tacos with a pleasant one here, baby. she was as sweet as possible, and we have probably avoided a 20 to 30 minutes waiting in the line. and the tacos were fried to perfection, and dipped with beautiful fresh salate.

For the first time my daughter in nashville jack wanted to try in the box. so I got and my man salate, my club salat was brown, huh was hard, gurken were not fresh so I threw everything away. my man had grilled chicken salad and his was good. my daughter has burger and mini tacos and she liked her. drive through person was nice. would not go back

They went through and was informed that they no longer take orders. this was at 8:50 o'clock not closing until 10 o'clock. will never try to eat there again.

Finally!!! A pleasant experience at a fast food place...it was clean the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious!! Thank you team for being open and making sure my daughter got her one request after finishing her state tournament softball games
