The Lucky Rooster - Old Hickory

This place is very close to our house, so we give them business. There 's a couple of things that could be better. They used to have a club sandwich that was very good. They changed to what they call a chicken club . Club sandwiches don 't have chicken on them. Another issue is that they have the worst iced tea on the planet. Not everyone can drink beer.

Fun atmosphere during trivia night. Super casual, family friendly. Great vibe. Food was tasty!

Today during lunch, we experienced an unexpected storm in Tennessee. I want to give a shout out to Dawn Taylor for playing some great music that helped everyone relax, as well as for quickly clearing the rainwater from the floor. The staff worked hard with their mop buckets to keep everything in order. I also want to commend the building for withstanding the strong winds. Thanks to Lucky Rooster and Dawn Taylor for a great meal despite the storm!

The staff was very friendly. The food was very tasty and prepared well. A good spot for sure. Seating inside and out, or a bar if you so choose.

Great atmosphere! Great delicious food and good waitstaff. A tad bit slow on delivering food but they do have to make. Try it.
