Five Guys - Old Saybrook

Five Guys is a reliable spot to visit! Their fries are excellent. The attentive cashier heard me mention that I can't have milk and immediately informed me that the burger contains milk, suggesting their salad pack instead. Fantastic service!

We were with five guys. Old Saybrook about a week ago. The service was excellent. My sister and I were offered water while we waited for our order. The buggers were really good and the pommes were so good. Best service. The facility was very clean. restroom was also

Delicious gourmet burgers, scrumptious fries, and flavorful milkshakes. They are a bit on the expensive side, though.

The burger was cooked to perfection; however, there was an issue with the onions. Instead of remaking the burger, they scraped off the original toppings and added what I had requested. Personally, it didn't bother me, but from a health and safety perspective, I doubt that OSHA or the Health Department would consider that an acceptable practice.
