Taco Bell - Old Town Spring

They have a vegetarian only menu, which has a great variety of items. Service was good.

The atmosphere was great, nobody was on the floor or up front. The food was good except for the chalupas, the shells were as hard as rocks.

Excellent review of the Taco Bell on Sawdust Rd in Spring, TX for 3-26-24. I want Vanessa and Serenity to know how awesome they were.I’m a Sr. Citizen with techno challenges. This was my 1st time using the app had to go into the store to get help from Vanessa at 2 pm again at 4 pm by Vanessa and Serenity. They were both awesome.. very patient, polite. professional. They corrected imy order error, brought it to me even incl a free Sr citizen drink without my having to ask. Store was spotless orderly. I haven’t had this kind of service in a long time. It is so refreshing to see there are kind, compassionate people who go above beyond the expected. Excellent service. Vanessa Serenity you are awesome I will definitely return. It was a good location for eating. The inside was small, so even with a few people, it felt crowded.The tea here was great. It's probably the best I've had at Taco Bell and was actually in the dining room, so I didn't have to ask someone for the tea. TheFood was hot and came out quickly.
