Hungry Howie's Pizza - Old Town

It's a challenge to reach someone at this restaurant. They seem to be understaffed and have outsourced their customer service to a call center. There is no way to directly speak to the kitchen staff preparing the food. I will not be ordering from them again. Takeout dinner service rated 1 out of 5.

I received the wrong order and when I called to place it, I was hung up on. I had to go back and place my order on the website. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated as a 2 out of 5. The price per person was between $1 and $10 for dinner takeout.

I live 5.2 miles from Hungry Howie's in Old Town. they refused to deliver because they claim I live 10 miles away so I didn't get anything . I could go get it myself but I'll be damned if I'm going too.. they just lost a customer for life... Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
