Salt Cellar - Oldham

Large eating and drinking, more friendly place and even better winning go to charity! not their usual coffee shop/restaurant looking for a quick buck actually tries to help the local community.

We had cheese and tomatentoasties, they came with a beautiful salad and we are very tasty and excellent. the personal is very friendly and the caffe has a good choice of food and a beautiful atmosphere. we even have a cookie with tea and coffee.

I always had a nice experience in the salt cellar in oldham. excellent eating and amazing value for money. beautiful building and friendly staff. shame social media trolls bring this fabulous, nurturing place out of no true ground.

In their enthusiasm to be part of a baying mob people have lost sight of the fact that you are a CHARITY staffed by volunteers, supporting the poor and the homeless. If they shut you down, as they seem intent on doing, they only hurt the homeless and the poor it's truly idiotic. I wish you all the best, I'm sure you will get past this and continue to do great work and I'll be visiting next time I'm in Oldham.
