Panago Pizza - Olds

I'm disappointed to say that my first experience at this restaurant was not great. I ordered a pizza and the email confirmation stated it would be ready in 70 minutes, but it actually took 90 minutes.

Their prices are in line with the Panago chain so you can check out everything on their menu online at Panago.ca Quality is always good here. This is our go-to pizza place even though the prices are higher than several other pizza places in Olds.

I ordered the steak and mushroom pizza from this restaurant. It was ready when I arrived for pick-up. The pizza was decent, but the beef was a bit tough. I believe there are better pizza options out there.

I have visited this restaurant four times and have always ordered the same pizza - a small or medium "meat-free pepperoni pizza" with Daiya cheese. Unfortunately, they consistently get my order wrong, even when I write it down. The most recent visit, they forgot to add veggies to my pizza. On a previous visit, they used dairy cheese instead of dairy-free as requested. Another time, they gave me gluten-free crust without me asking for it and charged me extra. The time before that, they gave me a small pizza when I asked for a medium. I have decided to never return to this restaurant again. It's a shame because if they had not made mistakes with my orders, I would have been a loyal customer. I believe I could even make a better pizza than them, and I don't even work there!

Really found this handy Panago has an app with menu and you can order from it and pick it up. It tells you when it will be ready and it was right on/ We had a chicken pizza it was very good wasn't sure about the corn on it but we like it with the cilantro chipotle sauce.
