Feedback gevenAsked me what order I had I told him and still got the wrong food after ubering the food and getting the wrong order from taco bell I physically drove here and got more wrong food.
Entered the drive through at 6:14pm (they weren’t even busy) ordered ONLY 4 soft tacos, and didn’t leave until 6:35pm. 25 mins in the drive thru and they still didn’t have my order correctly in the system. This Taco Bell is just pure trifling, workers don’t care to be there.Who trains these employees? They aren’t fast, and definitely not efficient!Owner, manager, somebody.. step up!
The service was the slowest I have ever waited for a drive thru order that I had to go inside to pick it up. And we were the only car at the drive tru.
I went there tonight and it was the worst visit I have ever had there the speaker did not work through the drive-thru the food was very horrible I am not impressed. Before they have been doing a really good job I don't know what's going on right now they better fix it or I won't be coming back.
As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I can honestly say this is the absolute worst TB I 've ever been to. Unfortunately, we sometimes go due to the location (3 blocks from my home but usually as a joke to see what we end up with. I 've asked for sauce every time I 've gone, not once have I actually gotten any sauce, I 've had frozen ingredients in my burrito and have received KFC items in my TB bag when ordering only TB. Most of the time, they are out of over half of the menu, so it 's more of a tell me what you can make type of deal....which is not what you end up getting anyways. I went tonight, ordered 2 bean burritos (pretty basic!? and was told to pull ahead and it would be out in a minute ....23 minutes later....smashed bag, cold food, no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, no apology.Not once have I gotten a receipt which I guess is done by design so nobody can file a complaint or fill out a survey.
