Union Whiskey - Olean

Stopped in after going to the Magnificent May Mayhem event. Had a Murphy's Irish Stout and a sour. Enjoyed some acoustic music by Dominic Carucci. It was a great way to spend a Friday evening.

Excellent service, good food and a very chill atmosphere

The food in this little place was delicious. I came to St. Bonaventure, and that was the only place open on Sunday that had some vegan options. I was pleasantly surprised with the food in this place. I have the B-Rad Burrito, who was very tasty. I couldn't eat anything so I took it home and it was just as good the next day!

We waited for a week to visit in hope that it would not be overcrowded so that we could soak in the atmosphere. This is the type of place Olean must stay on the map... we loved the decor and the whole mood. Our bartender Danielle was extremely knowledgeable about the whiskey, gin and rum selection. Chicken fingers with maple sage glaze were as crispy as extra crispy KFC! Very well done Nick and Gregg.

Cocktails were great and he also tried. Waiting was a bit as long as their staff works to find out the kink, but they have to do it with a huge amount! The owner was very nice and the place looks fantastic!
