Feedback gevenToday at 11:50 am I called to place my order which would be ready to pick up at 12:30 pm, according to an employee. I went to the restaurant at 12:35 to be told that they would still take my order and at 12:45 they told me that it would still take 15min to be ready. So I asked them to deliver it at home because I had a baby with her father in the car waiting. At 1:20 pm I called the restaurant 3 times, no one answered or returned the call. I called back 5min later, to no avail. It wasn't until 1:40 pm that I had my order... we're talking about almost 2 hours before I could finally have lunch. So what good are deadlines if you don't meet them? My compliment goes to the food, which has always been very good, but loses in the service, which needs improvement.

We ate wonderfully, the treatment was the best, very good quality. You eat the rodizio until you are full... everything is delicious. Every time we go to that area we eat there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Restaurant I've been going to for years, very good at first but deteriorated over time, unfortunately it lost its charisma and politeness when it came to customer service... I made an appointment on the morning of December 1st, a table for 4 people to 1 pm and everything was fine. I arrived with my family 5 minutes before the agreed time, and to our surprise there was no longer a table as we had to arrive before 12:30 pm despite my name and appointment for 1 pm being written in the reservation book... I said with the owner, and told her that no one had informed us of this rule, and instead of listening to us and trying to minimize the situation, the lady simply ignored us and turned her back... It was our wedding anniversary and it was a regrettable situation, they don't treat customers like that. See you never again
