Nice place with traditional Portuguese food, we loved it. Very nice grilled squid and squid rice

We have eaten here twice and the food was very good. My wife and son tried to eat here this afternoon but they turned them away unfortunately….the man was very grumpy…not sure why?

This is a very popular restaurant as it was shown by the long line of waiting people when we arrived there. to be happy we could reserve a table that will be free in half an hour and to be sure: when we came back in half an hour, a table awaited us. o bote is located at the boulevard of olhão with many other restaurants. we really enjoyed sitting outside and watching some people. we started our meal with a goat cheese, olive and fish paste (be careful, but this little appetizer is not complementary, they must pay for it.) eating was simple but very tasty. the fish was freshly caught and served with potatoes and vegetables. we finished our meal with a spirit from the region: aguardente de medronhos. very good! a beautiful evening!

Um dos maiores, mais movimentados e já consagrados restaurantes da marginal de Olhão, especializado em peixe fresco, embora exista um extenso menu de opções de carne e algumas especialidades. Peixes e carnes servidos à vontade desde que grelhados, banhados em azeite, alho cru e coentros, ou seja, a típica comida algarvia. Batatas fritas palito de fósforo são ruins, mas a opção de batata (com peixe) incluía algumas batatas-doces para adicionar variedade sabor. A maioria dos pratos servidos com salada de tomate e cebola (salsa), saborosa, mas sem imaginação. Nos serviram café fraco e morno.
