Burger King - Olive Branch

I had the classic wrap, that was the best tasting chicken that I have had in awhile in a wrap. Wasn't intending to eat both, but I did.

They gave ma a burnt burger and when I asked them to get me a new one, they said they couldn’t do that. They were so rude to me and they said that the burger should be burnt. I do not recommend you to come to this place.

The employees are not polite at all. They gave me the burger burnt and said it was normal.

November 26, 2023 around 8:30pm. Customer service was horrible. The guy at drive-thru could not hear us and rather than trouble shoot or asking us to drive to the window (no one else was there but us and a car behind us) he kept complaining and saying “I can’t hear anything you’re saying”. We continued to raise our voice volume to help him out. Once at the window, the guy repeated our total and decided to never speak again. When we asked for confirmation, like “Is this Sprite?”, since our order was large, he was mute. When we asked if that was everything from our order, he nodded his head and walked away. Not sure whats happening, but this Burger King is not worth your time or money. Food was also dry and burnt and fries were not salted at all.

Burger King is Burger King. The food is the same at all locations. Burgers are great. Everything else is just ok.
