The food is delicious through and through. It was a bit pricey but the portions were enough to feed an army.

Rolling Thunder BBQ took care of the food for our daughters Wedding at KC Ranches,the food was fantastic and the service was amazing, they took care of everything! I highly recommend them.

Rod from Rolling Thunder was great to work with! My taco truck canceled on me last minute for our wedding and Rod went to work trying to figure out how he could caterer our big day. I had Rolling Thunder BBQ recommended to cater my graduation party this past weekend. I had never had them before and went with them solely based off others rave reviews. The food was AMAZING. The most tender tri tip I’ve ever had and the bacon Mac salad was super good too! We’re still talking about the food and have people who attended the grad party still messaging us about how good the food was.
