Good food. Good service. A rare combination in today's America. It's not just ham on Easter. They sell great fresh sandwiches. The Tavern Club is big enough to hack a horse.

I gave a lunch to arrive at 11:00. The shop confirmed the order. At 12 o'clock, no food and it took up to 1 o'clock to get in touch with the store because they did not answer their phone for an hour. I was told the driver ran into heavy traffic, but the food was delivered JUST... no food. Lunch is over now and I have hungry and angry customers. I would have understood a reasonable reason for this screw-up labour shortage, supply chain problems, but I was lying that the food was delivered. I embarrassed my hungry client that I will put it up and I apologized. I left the hungry customers at 1:10.... Eating should have been there at 11:00. It was wonderful to have dinner at 2:30. This is the place to take care when you lie, embarrassing and losing business.

I placed a great order and Jackie took the time to understand and get the order right. The food was delicious and the service was even better. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

GM Pamela was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Enlighten me on upcoming sale items and provided me with menu to go. It was almost closing time but was treated as I was the first customer for today.
