Amazing local food! Especially loved the smoked trout dip, the Chanterelle toast(one of the best things I’ve ever eaten), and the Summer Risotto! Great spot to bring your kids so you and your partner can enjoy dinner while the kids get to run around! Just checked in and the welcome we received from Miranda was absolutely the best we have ever had. The position of this bed and breakfast is exceptional, the facilities amazing and the room is extremely comfortable. I am so sorry we can only stay one night. A true gem

If you want to experience a stress free trip stay at the Shandaken Inn beautiful rooms, people, and amenities. The people that work there become like family. It is our favorite weekend of the year when we stay there and we will continue to go back.

We’ve had a home in the area for many years and always on the lookout for new, fine dining. Found it ! Wonderful meal in a great setting, our food was well prepared, attentive service, limited menu but enough choices. Bucolic seeing near the Esopus creek.

Guest rooms are immaculate, comfortable with a large bathroom. We had a king room. When you enter the Inn, you feel like you are home. Nice sitting areas, bar and dining room. A delicious breakfast is included. Dinner is served as well. All ingredients are fresh and presented and served with love. Outside there is corn hole, two fire pits, a heated pool. Highly recommend.
