Feedback gevenI haven't been to this restaurant in a while. They no longer offer complimentary lunch. We ordered grilled sandwiches, but they were not even warmed up.
Karen, the manager, was fantastic! She came to our rescue last minute without any hesitation. This restaurant will always be my top choice. Thank you Karen!!!
I ordered online got my email with order number and scan code when I went to pick it up, they didn't have me in the system although I ordered 10 days in advance. Both cash registers asked me three or four times my name. I asked them if they wanted to see the order or scan the QR code, no, they didn't want to do that, but they always asked me my name and asked me when I placed the order. It was like a freak show and very serious and unprofessional.
Used the EZ Cater app for a work lunch. Olivette location accepts my order and then not prepared. A meal for 15 people was found at 20 minutes. Wouldn't recommend. I do not accuse EZ in this case because the location has accepted the order. Shouldn't be on this order app if you can handle the business.
The food is always good here and the service is exceptional also. They also have a good rewards program. Punch card for sandwiches with double punches on Tuesday. 10 punches free sandwich. If you always go on a Tuesday you can get a free sandwich after 5 sandwich purchases.
